I'm Currently helping build Ejara as the lead Blockchain Researcher and manager of the DevOps & Security teams. I have experience with the most prominent cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tezos, Solana, Near, etc ... I'm currently working on multiple blockchains and smart-contract projects. In addition, I work as a software architect and deeply involved in making architectural decisions at the company.
I designed the blockchain infra and built a flutter blockchain library used in the Ejara investment app to handle the non-custodial wallet functionalities. This app currently serves about 100k users and still counting. In addition, I worked on devops pipelines, smart contract design and implementation and several research topics related to the company.
In my team I worked directly on the main product used by high caliber clients as a full stack developer. This was very key to the daily operrations of the company and I was able stay on top of it. My daily work required carefully listening and anaylsing client needs, designing and implementing the code needed to achieve the task. I also had to see the big picture and make sure that any technical decision I made minimized any future technical debts whilst speeding up development at the same time.
I started by working on an internal tool (supervision) that gave the company a competitive edge and become crucial to the daily runnings of the company. Later onn I joined a team to work projects that were being used on a daily basis by the clients of the company. I was able to contribute as well as learn a lot from this particular job as it marked my transition from mid-level to senior developer.
At Paperless I work as the principal architect. I'm directly responsible for turning customer requirements into software specification and directing teams to implementation. Some of the projects I've worked on include footbal analysis platform, blockchain based voting platform, point of sale system for weak internet areas.
I spent my Msc. research anaylsing several Security Protocols in distributed systems using mathematical logic. With this background I have potent tools to anaylse any distributed system and detect the possible security flaws within it. Even in the modern age of public key cryptography and encryption schemes it is still possible to make mistakes with protocols and expose secrets to attackers. During my time here I also acquired strong computing & mathematics skills and these have greatly influenced my style as a software engineer.
